He didn't seem to have a purpose. If someone is on the phone or walks away from me, obviously I'm not going to chase after them, like shouting my name, so I don't know. I feel like nothing bad can happen to me after going through this bad experience because it felt like my worst fear was coming true. Are there certain things, certain types of people, certain jokes or the way people act that you think makes networking less awkward?
